SALES PROCESS / MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST GLOBAL TUNGSTEN AND POWDERS, LLC, TOWANDA, (PA) USA RESPONSIBILITIES The Sales Processes Specialist is responsible for standardizing and improving logistical sales processes with the aim of creating a standard within the Group.
Work in a team environment with plant engineering, maintenance and department personnel.
Communicate with project team, maintenance and department personnel.
Attend plant engineering project and safety meetings.
Participate in project estimation sessions.
Produce drawings - layouts, P&ID's, process flow diagrams, piping, structural, electrical, fabrication, installation.
Produce print plots, copy prints and convert prints to PDF format.
Take field measurements.
Review vendor equipment drawings.
Write material lists, quote materials, write purchase requisitions, track material.
Archive all prints and material lists, assist plant in finding archived materials.
Support GTP with graphic art for SEA and plant needs.
Support maintenance providing flat patterns and part drawings.
Beam calculations and deck design.
Design in compliance with OSHA regulations as they pertain to construction, ladders, railings, decks, piping, electrical, ASME pressure vessels.
Any other tasks that GTP feels are relevant and required for this position.
Ability to work under limited supervision.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or other related field.
Relevant work experience in logistics, ideally in an international industrial company or comparable skills through long-term relevant work experience.
Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple requirements at one time Very good English skills Basics in project management Basics in process management Excellent MS-Office-skills / SAP skills advantageous Basic economic knowledge GTP OFFERS THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS.
