Customer Service Account Specialist

*Day-to-Day Responsibilities*: * Responsible for execution of quotes, orders, return authorizations and all order/quote processing related activities.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts and product specification information to customers.
* Build strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
* Determine customer needs and develop comprehensive solutions.
* Understand and execute contractual agreements.
* Verify product availability, manufacturing capabilities; provide shipment notifications and proofs of delivery.
* Coordinate customer needs with Sales, Marketing and Operations to meet customer requirements.
*Qualifications:* * Quality and customer focused.
* Experience in the Kitchen & Bath Industry (preferred not required) * Professional oral and written communications skills.
* Effective problem solver, detail oriented.
* Demonstrate time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
* Motivated Team Player — ability to lead and participate with self- motivated work teams.
* Proficiency with computer programs like Microsoft Office, Word, Excel , Email and Power Point.
* Basic math skills.
