JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing assistance and support for all promotions, giveaways and special events during live race season.
Must be flexible and able to work live racing days throughout the whole season.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
Ensure all racing promotion supplies are clean and reflects the company in a positive manner.
Assists in the organization and implementation, of all promotional events surrounding our live race calendar.
Responsible for making announcements during live racing.
Coordinate the delivery of event supplies, including set up and distribution of promotional giveaway items.
Update all race related signage on property.
All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED required
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondences.
