Now hiring an Administrative Assistant , to help provide office support for a local family business with 3 entities.
A strong candidate will have experience working in an office setting and be familiar with various tasks from data entry to accounts receivable, and business reporting.
A potential canidate must have Quick Books and Excel experience, be detail oriented, a good communicator, be able to mulit task and be willing to assist wherever their skills can be best utilized.
Responsibilities to include, answering the telephone, processing customer orders, invoicing , receiving payments, some marketing, data entry and filing.
Experience with DOT reporting helpful but not required.

Pay: $16.
00 - $20.
