Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team.

Duties: - Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff - Administer medications under the supervision of a registered nurse - Assist with tube feeding and ensure proper nutrition and hydration for patients - Perform phlebotomy procedures to collect blood samples for laboratory testing - Provide assistance with durable medical equipment (DME) setup and maintenance - Administer injections as directed by healthcare professionals - Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or memory impairments - Assist with sterile processing of medical instruments and equipment - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Requirements: - Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of an accredited nursing assistant program - Experience in administering injections and performing phlebotomy procedures - Knowledge of basic medical terminology and physiology - Familiarity with sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols - Ability to provide compassionate care to patients with diverse needs - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals - Proficient in using medical office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and making a positive impact in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for the position of Nursing Assistant.
