Not sure if I'm in the right spot (Elmira)

I'm in need of help I recently moved up here to help assist with taking care of an elderly family member while enroute the electrical system malifunctioned and my car caught on fire I lost everything I have never asked anybody for anything so this is both new and hard for me to do I'm in the need of clothing mens sizes pants/shorts 44waiste 32length shirts3x to 4x shoes and sneaker size 13 I'm not asking for new anything u can spare thankyou
