Service Porter/ PDEL driver

Responsibilities: - Move vehicles in a safe and responsible manner - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers with their service needs - Park and retrieve customer vehicles - Maintain cleanliness of the service area - Perform light janitorial duties as needed - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles - Hospitality experience is beneficial - Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus - Experience as a delivery driver or valet parking attendant is advantageous As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
